FOOT PAD FIT AND CUSTOMIZATION

how to put Solewells foot pad on

1. PUT THEM ON

Start by putting on the fourth (4th) and pinky toe loops. Follow with the big toe loop.

Foot pad should fit snugly against the foot, like a second skin.

2. FOR BEST FIT

For a snug fit: twist the big toe loop in to tighten, out (if you have wide feet) to loosen (see image).

Solewells™ also work well under stockings and socks.

Turn inward to tighten the foot pad, outward to loosen the foot pad
Move loops down or up the toe, to adjust length

3. ADJUST

If the toe loops are longer than the edge of your shoe, move the loops down your toes toward your foot.

If you feel that the toe loops are still too long, you may use sharp scissors to cut down the loops.

4. CUSTOMIZE

More coverage is better than not enough. Consider adjusting the foot pad, before trimming.

CAUTION: if trimming, use SHARP scissors and cut straight lines. Jagged cuts will compromise the foot pad and may render it useless.

Cut toe loops to desired height
wash foot pads with soap and water

5. CARE

Wash with warm water and liquid soap under the faucet. Lay flat to dry on a paper towel. Store in the original box. Throw in your bag and they are ready to be reused!

6. REUSE

In our testing we have found that on average, Solewells™ should last a work week. A work week by our definition is five days a week, ten hours a day. With proper care, Solewells™ may last longer. Alternatively, rough treatment may expire foot pads sooner. This is a guideline only.

store in box, reuse foot pads

*Put shoes on immediately after Solewells™ foot pads. DO NOT walk around in foot pads without shoes.
